What about...
How to get there?
Each student is responsible for their own transportation. There will be no team bus.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost for the event. However, lunch arrangements are being discussed at a low cost.
What about...
Lunch? We need some parents who will coordinate a lunch plan for the team. If you are willing to do so, please contact
Coach Smith.
Attire? If you are a former team member, your competition jersey should be worn. If not, MPCS Spiritwear and jeans are your best option.
We ask that you NOT wear anything that would be inappropriate for wearing to school on a dress-down day. Since you are
representing a team, this is not an occasion for you to use your clothes to advertise for a band, a cause, or to wear any slogan that
has an offensive meaning or that tends to be understood that way. Use good judgment in this regard!
What else?
The Practice Field
We need parents to volunteer to help the team by making elements of the practice field. Contact Coach Smith to
volunteer.
Photographs
Our team needs photographs of the team at this event. We are in constant need of photographs of everything we do as a
team. Meetings, events, fundraisers, outreach, scrimmages, students in action in design or construction, judging practice, driving
practice, competition, you name it. Most of the team members and coaches are always so absorbed with the goings on in each event that we fail to take quality photographs. Later, as we try to construct our team engineering notebook, create web features,
and project images in graphic art that represent what we do, we find ourselves lacking in stock images. Please feel free to
constantly photograph whatever you see happening, and promptly send those photos to coach Smith at
